Throughout each phase of the project, we provide guidance on both design direction and investment planning while collaborating closely with builders, trades, and artisans — ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered and the design intent remains at the center of the process.
Our role is to bring clarity and cohesion to the many decisions involved in creating a well-designed home.

Where Every Project Begins
During this two-hour, in-home meeting, we explore how your home is currently functioning and where opportunities exist to improve comfort, flow, and everyday living. We discuss your goals, your lifestyle, and the possibilities within your space while offering professional insight into how thoughtful design can help bring those ideas to life.
This session may be scheduled on its own or as the starting point for a larger design project together.

no. 1 DISCOVERY CALL
A brief conversation to explore your project and determine fit.
Every project begins with a short call to discuss your goals, timeline, and the possibilities within your space. We’ll also determine whether our studio is the right fit for your project. If it seems like a good match, we will schedule your Hopes & Dreams Planning Session.
no. 2 HOPES & DREAMS PLANNING SESSION
Exploring the possibilities within your home.
During this two-hour, in-home meeting we explore how your home currently functions and where opportunities exist to improve comfort, flow, and everyday living. We take measurements, review your goals, and begin shaping the vision for your space.
no. 3 DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Transforming ideas into a cohesive design plan.
Following the planning session, we prepare a comprehensive design plan that brings the project to life.
This phase may include mood boards, drawings, 3D visualizations, material selections, and an investment outline. Once complete, we present the design during a Final Design Presentation.
no. 4 PROCUREMENT & PROJECT COORDINATION
Bringing the design into motion.
After design approval, we begin ordering furnishings, decorative materials, and custom elements while coordinating closely with contractors and trades.
Our team manages procurement, fulfillment logistics, and communication to ensure the project progresses smoothly.
no. 5 INSTALLATION & STYLING
Where the design comes to life.
As products begin to arrive, we coordinate installation and arrange furnishings, lighting, art, and accessories according to the design plan.
no. 6 CARE & PHOTOS
Completing the experience.
Once installation is complete, we walk through the finished space together and address any final details. We then arrange for professional photography to capture the completed project for our portfolio.
